Navigating the Juggling Act: My Secret, Not So Secret Tools for Balancing My Business(es)

Being a business owner in the mental health field is an incredibly rewarding journey, but let's be real for a moment - it can also be a bit overwhelming at times. One of the biggest hurdles I faced was finding effective systems to manage my time, tasks, and projects. I needed a way to stay organized and streamline my processes. That's when I discovered Trello, a game-changer in project management. Another tool that has transformed my social media management game is SocialBee. As a business owner, I
