Training supervision is to help those who are seeking to be independently or clinically licensed. I offer the appropriate supervision for those in the state of Ohio seeking training supervision for provisionally licensed social workers and chemical dependency counselors. 

​

Training supervision can be difficult to come by and often challenging to find supervision the offers a variety of developmental areas, support, a safe space to grow, and more. 

​

Through courses, trainings, and workshops you can find the knowledge, support, and resources needed to grow as a therapist, a supervisor, a supervisee, a social worker, and an entrepreneur.

I launched my first workshop fall of 2022 and am looking to add more workshops, courses, and training material in 2024.

What is Clinical Therapy?  Therapy is a process lead by a therapist, counselor, psychologist, social worker,  or psychiatrist that helps an individual resolve problematic behaviors, feelings, relationship issues, beliefs, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body). 

​

There are many beliefs and stigmas associated with therapy and deter individuals from seeking help.  There are many reasons for individuals to seek help and need support and direction found through the therapeutic process. 

 

Remember we all need help to help us get through stages, challenges, or changes in our lives.

I continue to carry a small caseload of individual clients at this time.

After spending years working with interns and supervisee's I recognized that many struggle with both receiving quality direction and support but lacked the understanding or insight to guide and take part in their own development. Forming the creation of my FIRST download, The Ultimate Supervision Guides for Social Workers, Counselors, Clinical Psychologists, and Marriage & Family Therapists. Since then I have continued to create more tools and resources for supervisors, supervisees, interns, and general mental health practitioners.

In 2022 I was fortunate to find myself on my first podcast. I was not intentionally looking to get onto a podcast but it happened. And I enjoyed the engagement and experience. After this I began to look for future engagement opportunities and have found myself sought out for talking engagements from others. In 2023 I hope to engage in several more podcasts and in 2024 launching my own podcast. I am a Co-Founder of Supervision Symposium and Supervision Saturdays, coming Spring 2024.
